LILLY HIGGINS
Lilly Higgins is a food and wine writer, food photographer and content creator with an honours degree in Visual Communications.
She began her food blog in 2010, after graduating from Ballymaloe Cookery School and then went on to teach at the cookery school. She’s written 3 cookbooks and was nominated twice in The Irish Book Awards. She has a weekly column in The Irish Times Magazine for almost a decade now and is a member of the Irish Food Writers Guild. Lilly cooks live on RTE and Virgin Media television regularly.
Lilly has won Cookery Writer of The Year 2021 & 2022 from The Irish Food Writers Awards. As well as writing Lilly loves creating videos and imagery for Instagram & TikTok as well as working with brands to bring their products to life, creating family-friendly creative recipes that everyone can make .
She lives in Cork with her husband and three children.
